First, there is ministry to the dancers themselves. The company ranges from students as young as 3 years old to experienced adults. Kentucky Repertory Dance Theatre is now offering body recall, an exercise class for older adults to tone muscles, strengthen bones and improve balance through slow, controlled movement.
